How to Start a Return
Just reach out to us at hello@glowmedik.com and let us know what's going on. Our team will guide you through the process and send you a prepaid return label along with easy-to-follow instructions. Once we approve your return request, ship your items to:

Received Something Wrong or Damaged?
We're so sorry if that happened! Please email us at hello@glowmedik.com right away with photos of the issue. We'll make it right immediately - whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Items We Can't Accept Returns On
We can't accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products

Prefer to Exchange?
While we don't offer direct exchanges, here's what works best: return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for what you'd like instead. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.
For Our European Customers
You have a 14-day cooling off period to return any item for any reason, no questions asked. Same conditions apply - items should be unopened and in original packaging.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days and send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund to your account.
