If we can't reach a resolution within 30 days, we agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court matters. This means a neutral arbitrator will hear both sides and make a decision. Arbitration is usually faster and less expensive than going to court.

You and Glowmedik both agree to waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

If any part of this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these Terms of Service will still apply. Either party may bring a lawsuit in court for injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use or abuse of our services or intellectual property without first going through arbitration.
