Getting Your Order to You
We know you're excited to start your skincare journey with us, and we're just as excited to get your products to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing Time
We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day of being placed.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Expedited Shipping is also available for a fee that is determined on checkout.
Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. If you need your products sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We're happy to ship to select international destinations. Flat rate standard shipping to Canada is set at $9.99 for any order. For other countries or for expedited options to Canada please email us at hello@glowmedik.com or use our contact form prior to ordering.
Please note that currently all orders ship from the USA and therefore international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential fees.
International delivery typically takes 5-20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey and estimated delivery date through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We work with reliable shipping carriers, but occasionally packages can be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking shows your package is delayed, please give it a few extra days before reaching out.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, your building's mailroom, or other household members. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us at hello@glowmedik.com and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of both the shipping box and any damaged products before opening. Contact us immediately at hello@glowmedik.com
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you realize you've made an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update the address before the order ships.
Once a package has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll be happy to reship it for an additional shipping fee.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to temperature sensitivity of some skincare ingredients, we may delay shipping during extreme weather conditions to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. If this affects your order, we'll notify you via email.
